While you are eating healthy, you can motivate yourself to get yourself into shape. Sugar was a challenge for me because the only more significant than my cigarette addiction was my addiction to sugar. I gained 15/2o lbs every time I tried to quit smoking, except the last time. Besides eating healthy, you should drink as much water as you can. While vaping helps you quit smoking!
Drinking more water will keep your stomach fresh, even if you end up still smoking drinking more water lowers the risk of affecting your stomach and kidneys. Because not only you skip the cigarette to get rid of this habit but also you drink shakes to boost and strengthen your body. You may even experience a change in how your body and mind feel. You will feel healthier than before when you used to smoke.
Exercise daily and go to the gym
Whenever you feel you should smoke cigarettes, change your mind to do some physical activity. That worked for me for a short while. But it wasn’t long before I found myself smoking in the gym parking lot. But, think differently and do something special that allows you to avoid smoking at all times. It’s the whole positive thoughts and activities will bring about positive and healthy results.
